These terms apply to your use of the zonel.art website and to enrolment in classes with Welland School of Dancing. By using this site or enrolling in a class, you agree to the terms below.
Use of this site
You may view, print and download material from this site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided copyright notices are retained. You may not republish content from this site elsewhere without our prior written permission.
Enrolment, fees and cancellation
Enrolment and payment are handled through our online Parent Portal. Fees are paid termly in advance by AutoPay; see the Fees page for current pricing. Places renew automatically each term unless we receive at least half a term’s written notice to discontinue a class. Full details of our refund guarantee for new pupils are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Photography and video
We may take photos or video during classes, watching weeks and shows for teaching and promotional use. When you enrol, you have the option to opt out of this for your child — let us know and no photos or video of them will be taken during class.
Studio conduct and liability
Dancers and visitors are expected to follow reasonable instructions from staff for their own safety and that of others. While we take care to run a safe studio, Welland School of Dancing cannot accept liability for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence.
Trademarks and copyright
Trademarks, logos and content on this site belong to Welland School of Dancing or their respective owners. Unauthorised use of site content may infringe copyright; we’ll act on any genuine complaint of infringement.
Links to other websites
This site links to third-party services including our Parent Portal and online shop. We provide these links in good faith but aren’t responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site or our classes after a change means you accept the updated terms.
