Refund & Cancellation Policy
New pupils: our refund guarantee
We no longer offer free trial classes. Instead, you enrol and pay for classes via our online Parent Portal. If you decide the classes aren’t for you, we guarantee a full refund — as long as you let us know in writing by the end of the second week of term. After that point, term fees are not refundable.
Ongoing enrolment
As an existing pupil, you’re automatically re-enrolled in your classes for the following term unless we receive written notice that you’d like to discontinue. We ask for at least half a term’s notice by email so we can plan class numbers accordingly.
How fees are charged
Fees are charged termly in advance via AutoPay on the first Monday of each new term, using the card saved to your Parent Portal account. We send a reminder before each payment is taken.
Studio hire
Cancellation terms for studio hire bookings are agreed individually when you book — please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can’t afford fees?
Please get in touch — we have a small provision to help worthy causes, and can set up a flexible payment plan to help spread the cost of classes. We also offer multi-class discounts and run a second-hand uniform shop to help keep costs down.
